Best Online Practices

No matter the platform or type of class you're taking online you'll want to be prepared to have the best experience possible on your side of the computer screen.

Consider the following:

  • Do you have enough room around you for the type of movements you'll be doing?

  • Do you have physical injuries or limitations that may keep you from doing everything presented?

  • Have you consulted with your physician before starting your online exercise experience?

  • Do you have the proper equipment for the type of program you'll be doing and is that equipment recommended for your fitness level?

  • Would online tutorials help you improve your form and execution?

  • A non-slip, heavy Yoga mat 

  • Yoga blocks

  • A Yoga blanket

This equipment doesn't take up a lot of room, so it's worth it to purchase it now for the best home practice experience possible. 

My go-to source for Yoga equipment is Manduka or Gaiam.

Corporate and

Online Sessions

Keep up with your achievements by scheduling a Corporate or Private Yoga session.

 

Here's how it's done:

  • Purchase your sessions and a link for the session will be forwarded to  you automatically.

  • You will be contacted to set up a time for your first appointment

  • Establish if equipment will be needed.  Be sure your session environment will be free of distrations.

  • Practice setting up your screen so you can see and be seen.

In-studio sessions are still available at Progressive Fitness in Antioch.  Our facility is designed for solo or small group session, which allows for appropriate social distancing and safety standards.
