Practice Details
Bring a Yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Comportable clothing and layers are recommended for this lecture and practice.NOTE: There are changing rooms and restrooms, but no lockers. Keep your valuables safe. It is not recommended to park on the streets. Use public transportation or a parking garage.
