Online Group Class 10-14 Students
Thank you for your purchase of an Online Group Class for 10 to 14 participants. This purchase includes a 1-hour of led Yoga, Meditation or Core Conditioning for you and your group. Sorry, but adding additional members above 14 is not compatible to this purchase. In order to fulfill your purchase, please reply back to an initial email requesting you select dates/times for your sessions/classes. This purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Customer Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the details of the Parties relationship so that each are clear as to respective roles and how communication will take place so that the relationship will be positive, productive and comfortable.
Refunds-
Purchase of Sessions/Classes, Online Group Classes and/or Advanced Yoga Hang Out Classes are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Notice-
Private Online Sessions will be marked as fullfilled 24-hours before Session date and time. The date and time of your Session may be rescheduled prior to 24-hours before the scheduled Session date/time. Rescheduled dates/times may be limited based on availability of the Instructor and limitations of studio space availability.
Online Group Classes will be marked as fullfilled 24-hours before Session date/time. The date and time of your Session may be rescheduled prior to 24-hours before the scheduled Session date/time. Rescheduled dates/times may be limited based on availability of the Instructor and limitations of studio space availability.
Advanced Yoga Hang Out Classes (AYHOCs) will be marked as fulfilled 48-hours before Session date and time. Rescheduled dates/times may be limited based on Class Schedule, availability of Instructor and popularity or usage of Class offerings.Instructor and Client Agreement-
During the terms of the Agreement, the Instructor agrees to provided consultations in accordance with the specific services set forth in the Package Purchase as outlined in the title description.
The services to be proivided by the Instructor to the Client are Yoga instruction, tele-instruction, as designed jointly with the client. Yoga Instruction, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business, or general conditions in the Client's life or profession.
Client is aware that Instructor does not solve medicial issues nor treat disease and is terefore not a replacement for client's therapist or physician. If Client is presently under any form of psychiatric care or specialized medical supervison, Client is to inform Instructor prior to working together.
Client agrees to cancel or reschedule a session/class more than 24 hours, (48 hours prior to AYHOC) prior to scheduled session. If Client does not reschedule prior to this time, that session will be forfeited and the Purchase will be marked as Fullfilled.Participant Agreement -
The number of participants for this purchase is set at 5 (five) to 9 (nine). If in the case there are fewer than 5 participants there is no change in the rate for class.
Links for the Online Class will be sent to your participants and their contacts will be added the CecilysYogaRetreats.company mailing list unless otherwise requested.
Safety on the Part of Client-
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own safety and communication of their own wellness with regards to exercise and other forms of physical conditioning. Consulting with a physcian before starting any new excercise regimen, if Client is nursing or expecting, if Client is recovering from surgery or injury, if Client has physical concerns or is taking medications that might limit their ability to participate in Yoga and other forms of exercise is the responsibiltiy of Client. Medical conditions as exampled above must be communicated to Instructor prior to each session.
The following general guidelines are recommended for an enjoyable exercise experience:- Always hydrate 30 mintues before beginning any exercise regimen
- Clear your exercise space of distraction and furniture
- Ask questions and modify challenging exercises
- Consult with your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, or expecting
- Consult with your physcian if you are taking medications
- Avoid eating a heavy meal within 1 hour of any exercise regimen unless otherwise recommended by your dietician
Presentation-
Instructor agrees to present a qualtiy presentation with clear instructions, limited distractions or interruptions with clear audio and visual availability. In the case that there are technical diffifulties which limit the ability of a professional presentation, or limits the continuation of a Session-in-progress the Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to Client.
Instructor Methodolgy-
Instructor will employ a range of methodologies, including coaching, and mentorship. Client agress to be open minded and partake in methods proposed while also communicating any discomfort. Client understands that Instructor makes no guarantees as to the outcome of the sessions or package.Payment-
The Client will make payment via websit or other agreed upon method.
So that Client is fully invested in this Package, no refunds will be issued.
Each Party hereto acknowledges that Instructor will send an invoice or charge the credit card, or chossen method of payment on the dates and for the amounts specific to the service selected. Reciept(s) of payment are automatically forwarded via email by Instructor to Client to an email address provided by Client.Confidentiality-
This Agreement is considered a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information learned by either party during discussions, coaching sessions, or otherwise. Client acknowledges that Instructor may share confidential information or coaching sessions with Instructor's contractors or representatives soley for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of this Agreement. Both Parties agree that any and all Confidential Information learned as of the date of purchase shall survive the termination, revocation, or expiration of this Agreement.Indemnification-
Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other from and against any claims, including third party claims, demands, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including attorney's fees) relating to negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct of the indemnifying party or any party under direction or control of the indemnifying party, or a material breach of this Agreement by the indemnifying party, or the damage, loss, or destruction of any property, profit, or revenue (both real or imagnined) of the indemnified party, or its clients.Non-Disparagement-
The Parties agree that they neither will engage in any conduct or communication with a third party, public or private, desined to disparage the other.Good Faith-
Each Party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith, agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance and any termination of this Agreement.Entire Agreement-
This Agreement contains the general agreements for services from Instructor to Client and between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral. This agreement may not be explained or added to on the part of the Client without expressed interest or input by Instructor.
